Software, not a lender

Elevenx2 LLC provides software only. We do not make loans, give mortgage advice or make credit decisions. Mortgage lending services are offered by Better Offers Inc, California Department of Real Estate corporate broker license 02423682, NMLS ID 2787839. Other loan officers and brokerages who use LoanMachine are separate businesses, and each is responsible for its own licenses, disclosures and advice.

Nothing in LoanMachine is a loan approval, a commitment to lend or a rate quote unless a licensed lender says so in writing.

Your account

You must be able to form a binding contract and use LoanMachine for a lawful business. Keep your login private and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may sign in with a password, an emailed code, a text code or Google, as offered on the sign-in page.

Your responsibilities

LoanMachine drafts and sends what you set up, so you are responsible for it. You agree to:

• hold the licenses your work requires and follow mortgage, advertising, privacy and fair lending rules that apply to you;
• contact only people who agreed to be contacted, and honor every STOP and unsubscribe at once;
• not use LoanMachine for spam, scams, anything unlawful, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• not use purchased or rented phone lists for texting.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules.

Text messages

If you turn on texting, you authorize us to get a number for your business and to file the carrier registration for you using the details you give us. Carriers decide whether texting is approved, and we can turn it off for an account that breaks the rules. Sign-in codes are one text per request, with message and data rates possibly applying. Plans, trials and payment

Paid plans and free trials are shown at sign-up. Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time before the next charge to avoid it. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it. Included text messages and seats are limited by your plan.

Your data

Your borrower lists and records stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run LoanMachine for you. You can ask for an export or for deletion at any time at mccoy@elevenx2.com. See the Privacy Policy for what we do with information and how to ask us to delete it.

No guarantees, limited liability

LoanMachine is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free, and AI-written drafts can be wrong, so read them before they go out. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using LoanMachine whenever you like. We can suspend or end access for breaking these terms or for non-payment. Sections that by nature should survive, such as payment owed and liability limits, will survive.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use LoanMachine after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by California law. Questions: mccoy@elevenx2.com.
