Who we are
LoanMachine.ai is software made and run by Elevenx2 LLC, 543 Country Club Dr #B315, Simi Valley, CA 93065. Mortgage professionals use it to follow up with borrowers, chase documents and manage their pipeline. Elevenx2 LLC is the software provider only. Mortgage lending services are offered by Better Offers Inc, California Department of Real Estate corporate broker license 02423682, NMLS ID 2787839. Other loan officers and brokerages who use LoanMachine are responsible for their own licenses and for the borrower information they put in their own workspace.

What we collect
From people who sign up: your name, work email, brokerage name, and the plan and business details you choose. If you pay, Stripe collects your card. We never see or store the full card number.
From borrowers: what a borrower gives a loan officer through a LoanMachine page or text: contact details, loan application answers, documents they upload, and their consent choices. That information belongs to the loan officer or brokerage running the workspace. They decide what to collect and how to use it, and their own privacy notice applies too.
Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages used, so we can keep the service working, find errors and block abuse. We run no third-party ad trackers.
Signing in with Google
If you choose Continue with Google, Google tells us your name and email address. That is all we ask for. We do not ask for, and cannot see, your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive or anything else in your Google account.
We use your name and email only to sign you in and to set up or open your LoanMachine workspace. We never sell this information and never share it with anyone else for their own use. Google may also include a link to your profile picture. We do not use it.
On the sign-in page, Google only lets you into a workspace that already exists for that email. You can stop using Google sign-in any time by signing in with your password or an emailed code instead, and you can remove LoanMachine's access in your Google Account settings under Security, Third-party apps and services. Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use rules.
Text messages
Sign-in codes. If you tap Text me a code on the sign-in page, we text a one-time code to the mobile number saved on your login. We send one text per request, only when you ask, and nothing else from that number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help, or email mccoy@elevenx2.com. Details are on the sign-in text codes page.
Messages from your loan officer. Loan officers can text their own borrowers through LoanMachine, but only people who agreed to be contacted. Every borrower text honors STOP right away. Reply HELP for help.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for marketing or promotion. Our messaging carrier handles delivery for us.
How we use it
To run your account and workspace, send the emails and texts you or your loan officer ask for, process payments, answer support questions, keep the service secure, and meet legal duties. We never sell personal information.
Who processes data for us
Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), Resend (email), Telnyx (text and phone), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI drafting and summaries). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account information stays while your account is open. If you close it, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, billing, fraud prevention or the law. Borrower information stays as long as the loan officer or brokerage keeps it in their workspace, and mortgage record-keeping rules may require them to hold some records for years. Deleted data drops out of our backups on their normal schedule.
Your choices and deleting your data
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we honor them for everyone. To delete your data, email mccoy@elevenx2.com with the subject “Delete my data” from the address you want removed. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply. If your information sits in a loan officer's workspace, we may pass the request to them as well.
For marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the message. For texts, reply STOP.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to the workspace it belongs to. No system is perfectly secure, so if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For big changes we will also email account owners.
